Overview

The purpose of this training is to build awareness of the transition from Part C Early Intervention (birth to 3 years old) to Part B Preschool Services. We will explore the difference between Part C and Part B, who is involved in the transition process, what an evaluation looks like, and possible transition outcomes for children. Participants will be encouraged to see how they can support in the process; however they are involved in the child's life.
Estimated Time to Complete: 30 minutes
Participants will explain the difference between Part C and Part B services, name each step of the transition process, and identify ways to support this process.
